After the announcement of their divorce last year, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have officially reached an agreement, according to what a source revealed to the American newspaper CNN.
West, who legally changed his name to “Ye” last year, will pay $200,000 a month in child support to Kardashian. The two celebrities will share custody of their four children: North 9, Saint 6, Chicago 4, and Psalm 3, according to the terms of the divorce agreement, of which CNN has a draft version.
Declared legally single in March 2022, the founder of Skims was interviewed by the American magazine Vogue, on the reasons for her separation with her husband, stating that she was not happy.
“For so long I did what made others happy without thinking about myself,” she said. “And even though it created changes because of my divorce, I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy and I chose myself,” she had justified.
Note that last September West lost several business partnerships because of a series of anti-Semitic comments. He used his appearance on a TV show “Good Morning America” to apologize to his ex-wife for all the stress he caused her.
“… she is the mother of my children, I apologize for all the stress I caused, even in my frustration, because God calls me to be stronger,” said the star.
Married on May 24, 2014 in Italy, Kardashian divorced her husband 8 years later, citing irreconcilable differences.
