Thousands of people were in the streets during the three days of Carnival in Miragoâne to celebrate the festivities.
The bands on foot including the “Cash Cash Band”, “Trap Band”, “Sansasyon”, “cash cash” and musical floats of DJ “Gran panpan” and “bèl ekip”, then the group “Maskarad Band” had created animation through different arteries of the city of Fernand Hibbert.
During an interview this Thursday, February 23, 2023 to ZHN, the president of the municipal commission of Miragoâne Anne Myriam Loiseau, confirmed that the city hall of Miragoâne had received 500 thousand gourdes for the realization of the carnival 2023. This sum arrived during the second day of the carnival after all the steps that have been taken with the competent authorities, says the acting executive officer.
Anne Myriam Loiseau is pleased with the progress of the three days without major incident in the town of Miragoâne.
